SalesAttach Privacy Policy relates to your personal information, collected by SalesAttach (“we”, “our”) as part of the Subscriber (“you”, “your”, “user”) sign up process and your use of SalesAttach services, and held by SalesAttach as part of our day-to-day business dealings with you.

Introduction

Some of the personal information that SalesAttach holds may be the same information as that which you enter in your SalesAttach financial database, however our information is not collected only from that source.

Only you and your nominated representatives (which explicitly includes some SalesAttach system administrative employees) have access to your financial database under normal operational circumstances with the exception of summarised anonymous data.

You agree that we may use your data as a part of summarised anonymous data for benchmarking, financial trends and economic analysis and reporting by our research teams products and services.

We agree that summarised anonymous data will not have enough detail to identify underlying individuals or individual businesses making up that data made available via our research teams products and services.

In conversations with you and your employees, in person or by e-mail, fax and telephone;
From third parties such as your employees, related companies, credit reporting agencies or your representatives
From publicly available sources of information

From our own records of your usage of SalesAttach services

Provide products and services to you
Collect payments and to administer your account
Provide you with updated or new information about our products or services
Conduct creditworthiness checks and/or fraud checks

For research into our client base and for related purposes by our research team including as aggregated (anonymous) benchmarking data.

SalesAttach takes reasonable steps that your personal information is protected from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Some notable measures to ensure the security of your personal information include: Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection encryption; and regular backups of the database. The security of this information is also dependent on your own measures to protect your SalesAttach usernames, email addresses and passwords from disclosure and unauthorised use.

Access to Your Personal Information

You have the right to access any of your personal information that we hold, with some exceptions as allowed by law. To obtain a copy of this information, write to us requesting the information and we will provide it to you. SalesAttach reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for the provision of this information.

Your Authority

By continuing to use our products or services or website you consent to SalesAttach maintaining, using and disclosing your personal information as described in this document for a period of no less than seven years from the date of your last use of the system (or the date of the last use of the system by any user under your subscription which ever is the latest).

You control who has access to Your Data

The Data entered, or imported on instruction, by You is stored securely in a database and is only accessible to any person You have authorised to use the Service.

It is Your responsibility to keep Your password safe.

SalesAttach, SalesAttach’s staff and SalesAttach’s partners do not have access to Your password and are therefore unable to access Your Organisation’s account or Data without receiving an invitation to do so from You.

SalesAttach does not store Your credit card details

If you choose to pay for the Service by credit card, your credit card details are not stored by the Service and cannot be accessed by SalesAttach staff.

This policy may be updated from time to time

SalesAttach reserves the right to change this policy at any time and any amended policy is effective upon the posting on this website. SalesAttach will make every effort to communicate these changes to You via email or notification via the website.
